A pelletized fertilizer made from chicken manure, produced by Ussuriyskaya Poultry Farm LLC in the city of Artem, Primorsky Krai (Russian Far East), in the free port of Vladivostok zone. Who these fertilizers are for

Philippine requirements to check first

Gigantin Bio is not yet registered in the Philippines. Based on the description submitted, FPA has initially classified the product as a Non-Traditional Fertilizer and indicated that a Bioefficacy Field Experiment (BFE) is required, with an approved Experimental Use Clearance (EUC) before the experiment. The final product category, sample import procedure and testing requirements remain subject to confirmation with FPA's Non-Traditional Fertilizer Team. No commercial import approval is being claimed.

Which authority regulates a fertilizer in the Philippines depends on what the product is:

TopicWhat the official source says
Organic soil amendmentsRegulated by the Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards (BAFS). According to BAFS, its registration section registers organic soil amendment products and producers and issues organic input importation permits and clearances.
Inorganic and other fertilizersRegulated by the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA). According to FPA, a company importing fertilizer needs a license as importer and registration of its products. FPA states that its jurisdiction over organic fertilizers was transferred to BAFS under Republic Act 10068.
Import duties and taxesDepend on the HS / AHTN code of the product and are checked in the Philippine Tariff Finder.

Before any shipment, the exact classification of each product (organic soil amendment, fertilizer or another category) should be confirmed with BAFS or FPA. Registration is normally done by the Philippine importer, so an importer with experience in agricultural inputs is the most practical partner.
