These terms apply to the company check service offered by Russia–Philippines Trade Link ("we", "us") on rusphiltrade.com. By submitting an order you agree to them.
1. The service
We prepare a review of a Russian legal entity based on official and other legally accessible public sources, in English, in the package you choose: Company Snapshot, Supplier Check or Deeper Review. The content of each package is described on the service page. The review is done manually by a person. It is not an automated database check.
2. Who can order
The service is for businesses. We check Russian legal entities only, such as OOO and AO. We do not check sole proprietors or individuals.
3. Ordering and confirmation
Your order is a request, not a contract. Within 1 business day we reply by email to confirm that we can identify the company and to confirm the package, the price and the payment details. The agreement between us starts when we confirm and you pay. We may decline an order, for example when the company cannot be identified or the request is outside the scope of the service.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the service page. Payment is made by GCash to the details we send with the confirmation. The amount in pesos is agreed in the confirmation. We do not take card or bank details through the website.
5. Time and delivery
The indicated time runs in business days from the moment your payment is confirmed. The report is sent to your email as a PDF. The time is an estimate. If a delay is expected, we let you know.
6. What the report is and is not
The report describes what we found in the sources listed in it on the date of the check, with links and limitations. It is not a legal opinion, credit rating, audit, sanctions compliance determination or guarantee of the company's reliability, solvency or performance. The absence of negative information in the sources checked does not mean there is no risk. Sanctions screening is a search of public lists on the date of the check. Decisions about your deal remain yours. For significant contracts we recommend independent legal and financial advice.
7. Your part
Please give accurate company details and do not send sensitive documents such as passports or bank statements. The report is for your own business decision. Please do not publish it or pass it on as an official document.
8. Refunds
If after your payment we cannot identify the company or cannot start the check, we refund the full amount. After the report is delivered the fee is not refundable. Information that is unavailable in a public source is reported as a limitation and is not a reason for a refund.
9. Liability
We prepare the report with reasonable care but depend on the accuracy and availability of public sources. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for the service is limited to the fee you paid for it.
10. Confidentiality and data
We keep your request confidential and do not tell the Russian company about it unless you ask us to. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
