FOR PHILIPPINE IMPORTERS & BUSINESS PARTNERS
Check a Russian supplier before you pay.
Independent review of a Russian company based on public records, prepared in English for Philippine buyers.
You receive a PDF report with what we found, a link to every source, the date of the check and a list of questions to ask the supplier before an advance payment or a contract.
Manual review by a trade agent in the Philippines. Not an automated database check, credit rating or legal opinion.
When to order a check
- before an advance payment to a new Russian supplier
- before signing a supply or distribution contract
- when a supplier contacted you first and you know little about the company
- when documents or bank details look different from what you expected
- before a first trial shipment
What we check
- registration and current legal status: active, in liquidation or reorganisation
- registered activity, region and age of the company
- filed financial statements and basic indicators
- arbitration court cases
- bankruptcy notices and enforcement proceedings
- participation in public procurement
- screening of the company against the public sanctions lists of the US (OFAC), the EU and the UK
- comparison of public records with what the supplier told you, if you share it
We check the company as a legal entity. Personal data of individuals is not included in the report.

How it works
- Send the request. Fill in the form below with the company details and the package.
- We confirm the company and the scope. Within 1 business day we reply by email. If the name is not enough to identify the company, we ask for the INN.
- Pay by GCash. The payment details come with our confirmation.
- We run the check. Every source and the date of the check are recorded.
- You receive the PDF report by email.
What the report looks like
The structure of a Supplier Check report. The amount of detail depends on what is available for the company.
- Summary and key signals
- Company identification: name, INN, OGRN, status, registration date, region
- Activity and size
- Financial statements
- Court, bankruptcy and enforcement records
- Public procurement
- Sanctions list screening
- Comparison with the supplier's information
- Questions to ask before payment
- Sources, dates and limitations
See a sample report (PDF) prepared for a fictional company. No real company or person is described in it.
Limits of the check
- We use official and other legally accessible public sources only. No bank data, tax secrecy or law enforcement information.
- The report is not a legal opinion, credit rating, audit or guarantee of the supplier's performance.
- If a source is unavailable for a company, the report says so. A missing source is a limitation, not a sign that there is no risk.
- Sanctions screening is a search of public lists on the date of the check, not a legal determination of sanctions compliance.
- We check Russian legal entities only. Sole proprietors and individuals are not accepted.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from your supplier search?
Supplier search is free for Philippine buyers. The company check is a separate paid service for one specific Russian company, including a company you found yourself.
What if I only know the company name?
Send the name and the website if there is one. If the name matches several companies, we will ask for the INN. It is usually shown on the contract, invoice or commercial offer.
Do you check sole proprietors or individuals?
No. We check Russian legal entities such as OOO and AO only, and we do not include personal data of individuals in the report.
How do I pay?
By GCash, after we confirm the company and the scope of the check by email. We never ask for card or bank details on this website.
Does a clean report mean the supplier is safe?
No. It means we found no negative signals in the sources we checked on that date. Use the report together with your own steps, such as samples, a clear contract and safe payment terms.
Will the supplier know about my request?
No. We do not contact the supplier or share your request unless you ask us to.
How does the sanctions screening work?
We search the company name and identifiers in the official public sanctions lists of the US, the EU and the UK and record the result as found or not found on the date of the check. It is not a legal opinion on sanctions compliance.
