Who we work with
On 10 July 2026 a cooperation agreement was signed between the Ministry of International and Foreign Economic Relations of Primorsky Krai, the Primorsky Krai Entrepreneurship Support Center and Andrey Subich. Its subject is helping Primorsky Krai businesses enter the Philippine market. The Center has informed the Embassy and the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the Philippines.
This is an independent, non-government website working within a Primorsky Krai export support program. It is not an official website of the Government of Primorsky Krai or the Russian Federation.
What we do and don't do
- We introduce Philippine buyers to selected Primorsky Krai manufacturers and help with first contact and documents.
- We don't sell goods, hold your money or sign contracts for either side. Terms and payment are agreed directly between you and the supplier.
How we are paid
Our work as a trade agent is supported under a program of the Primorsky Krai Entrepreneurship Support Center, so buyers pay nothing for supplier matching. Separately, we offer paid consulting, such as a public-records review of a Russian company. If a supplier signs a separate commission agreement with us, we tell the buyer.
